Application for Degree Works Audit Review

All students in the School of Kinesiology who are anticipating graduation in the Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 semester must request a review of their Degree Works audit. Prior to applying, please be sure to submit all course substitution forms (if applicable) and a copy of an official transcript for all transfer coursework (if applicable).

The deadline to apply for a review of your Degree Works audit is Friday, February 24, 2023.

All students are encouraged to meet with their advisor to ensure all graduation requirements will be met. Please note, you will be contacted via email if there is an issue with your Degree Audit. If there are no issues, you will not be contacted.
